Che was imported from Scotland, from well known Astra kennel. He was both ISDS and HKS (Croatian Kennel Club) registered.
He was imported for Mr Petar Malija from Veliko Trojstvo near Bjelovar, with whom he lives all his life, but, as I liked him as puppy, we agreed that he will stay in co-ownership and a new stud dog also for my kennel.

Che's sire is Aled Owen's "number two" trialing dog, Mac 276484. Mac's pedigree incorporates all of Aled Owen's recent and current top dogs.

Che's dam is Jess 269258. Jess is, by the words of Mrs Beale, one of best and most reliable breeding bitches at Astra kennel. Her puppies have excelled as both herding and agility dogs. Jess has a wonderful pleasing nature being easy to have around, but intense and stylish when working. Her bloodline includes Dolwen Chips 104883, Int. Driving Ch., and Eryri Nan 214305.

As it was found that Che's brother had epilepsy and eventually had to be put down due to the same terrible disease, and because it came to my knowledge that one of Che's puppies also suffers from seizures, I immedietely removed Che from the list of my stud dogs, and I'm happy that I personally never used him for breeding.
Unfortunately, even though I've been trying to warn Mr Malija for years that Che shouldn't be used for breeding anymore, he was ignoring my pleas, and was continouosly using him in his kennel. :-(

According to Mr Malija, Che died in January 2014.
